For immediate assistance, call 2-1-1. Just like dialing 411 for information, you can now dial 211 statewide to receive assistance from trained referral specialist, who will listen to your needs and then refer you to those agencies in your area who are most able to meet your needs.
River Valley United Way provides assistance to individuals through our support of 211, our partner agencies and various River Valley United Way run programs. Our programs include Stuff the Bus and the NALC Food Drive.

Five Things You Can Do
1. Participate in the 2008 NALC Food Drive on May 10th.
2. Educate yourself on community issues and spend June 21st, the longest day of the year, advocating for your community.
3. Create a collection point at your business or office to collect school supplies for the annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive on July 26th.
4. Visit our booth at the Business Expo August 5th & 6th to record how you live united.
5. Organize a team and register to volunteer for the 5th Annual River Valley United Way Day of Caring on September 12th.
