Audit Requirements for agencies seeking funding from River Valley United Way

 -          First time applicants and those not funded in the previous year must submit a CPA audit with their application. 

For all consecutive applications for funding:

-          Agencies with annual revenue of $250,000 or greater must submit a CPA audit annually.

-          Agencies with annual revenue of $100,000 to $249,999 must submit a CPA review annually.

-          Agencies with annual revenue of $99,999 or less must submit a CPA compilation annually.

-          Any agency required by another funding source to have an audit performed should submit his same audit to the United Way, regardless of revenue level.
