FUNDED PARTNER MEETINGS & Quarterly Payments 

- The 1st Quarterly Funded Partner meeting will be held THURSDAY, March 29, 10am-12pm at the River Valley United Way office, located at 115 West Main Street, Russellville. 

- The 2nd Quarterly funded partner meeting will be held June 28th 10am-12pm at the River Valley United Way Office, located at 115 West Main Street, Russellville

- First Quarterly payment will be made 3/30/18. Please wait until AFTER 4/6/2018 to inquire about your payment if it has not closed into your account. 

      IF YOU DID NOT SUBMIT YOUR FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS ON YOUR AWARD ACCEPTANCE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A PAYMENT UNTIL THAT PROCESS IS COMPLETE.

      IF YOU ARE NOT SURE IF YOU SUBMITTED THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS, navigate to the grant award database, log in and check your acceptance attachments

      ATTACHMENTS SENT VIA EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

2018 Grant Award Acceptance

2018 Grant Awards have been made. Notifications of awards were mailed on or before January 31, 2018. If you need an electronic copy of your award or decline letter, please CLICK HERE to email your request.

AWARD ACCEPTANCE INSTRUCTIONS - BE SURE TO COMPLETE BOTH STEP 1 AND STEP 2!

1. Your award acceptance must be complete prior to February 28, 2018

2. Visit https://rivervalleyunitedway.communityforce.com to complete this process.

      - You will need:

             - Proof of your agency's registration with the Arkansas Attorney General's office - UPDATE - if you already have this proof, please submit it. If you do not, skip this point and we will revisit the issue mid-year after the state has resolved issues on their end.

             - An electronic copy of your most recent audit or audited financial statement - if your audit is not complete, attach your audit engagement letter. Bearing in mind your full audit must be submitted before disbursement will be made in March. (per RVUW Funded Partner Audit Policy)

             - Information to complete an Electronic Funds Transfer Authorization (Bank account information including account number, routing number and bank name)

             - Authorization to electronically sign the Memorandum of Agreement

STEP 1  To complete the "Award Acceptance" section of your application:

- log into the site using the same account originally used to submit your application

- navigate to "My Applications" then choose the 2018 Application

- locate the Award Acceptance module

- complete the acceptance module to 100% and submit it

STEP 2 - AFTER you have completed the acceptance module, click ACCEPT at the top right of the page. A dialogue box will appear to affirm your intent to accept the award. 

Please remember that the database will time you out after 20 minutes of inactivity.
