Beginning in 2012, River Valley United Way partnered with Dolly Parton to bring the Imagination Library to the Arkansas River Valley.  This program provides a new, age appropriate book for every enrolled child (ages birth up to 5 years). One book per month is addressed and mailed directly to the child's home. The program is FREE to area residents and promotes early learning and literacy.  

 

River Valley United Way hopes to begin enrolling children in 2013. Currently, funds are being sought to launch the Imagination Library Program. If you would like to "Give the Gift of Early Learning" to a local child, please donate to River Valley United Way's Imagination Library program. Donations received for the Imagination Library program will be held seperately from other United Way funds, and will be used specifically for this program.
